Project “TRANSFORMER” has started on spring 2008 and since I had a lot of time, will and, what is more important, possibilities and finances for my hobby the work has began (only with pleasure and not because “I need to”). That means firstly its body doesn’t have any rust at all (I swear) and secondly – I only ordered pair of brand new EUDM front headlights and front fenders from local dealership and it was all for body repair 🙂 What we have here is a USDM 1997 MITSUBISHI Eclipse GSX 5MT car, for me this is not just a car, this is a very rare second generation AWD Eclipse with manual transmission, my automotive “CHILDHOOD DREAM” 🙂 It was a long search until I found it on USA auction in 2007 and I was specially looking for car from California with only scratched side.
